On February 27, 2026, hundreds of students from roughly 15 public, private, and charter schools across Washington, D.C., walked out of class to rally at the Lincoln Memorial. The youth-led demonstration targeted U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) actions and featured speeches, chants, and signs.
